Your Premium plan is tied to your role. If you switch roles you'll need to upgrade separately. Contact support for help.
What currency is NLE?
NLE stands for New Leone — Sierra Leone's official currency. All prices are in New Leones (NLE).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Profile Settings → Subscription. Premium access continues until the end of your billing period.
Are there family or group plans?
Not currently. Group and family plans are on our roadmap. Stay tuned!
How does payment work?
We're integrating local mobile money via Monime (Orange Money, Africell Money). Full payment processing will be live very soon.
